Maksomer A.Ş. entered into cooperation and formed a Joint Venture in 2001 with Strabag International GmbH, a leading and reputed Austrian Firm, with the aim of tendering for infrastructure projects in Turkey. The Joint Venture undertook the above contractual work in 2001 with the estimated price of 5.713.401, 69 Euro, which was issued to tender by the Denizli Municipality. The shares of both of the companies in the Joint Vent Venture were % 50. The work, contained the construction of a solid waste landfill of 9 hectares, operation buildings and ring roads, and was completed with the final value of 5.671.395,94 Euro with the Maksomer's share of 2.835.697,97 Euro. The project was put into operation in 2002. After the expiry of the operation guarantee period of 4 years, the final performance protocol of the work was signed in 2007 and so Strabag Int.-Maksomer A.Ş. Joint Venture was released from all the responsibilities for the work.
